Refund Policy

This Policy explains subscription cancellation and refund handling for Career by Junagal paid plans.

You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your paid access remains active until that end date, and future renewals are stopped.

3. UK/EU Cooling-Off Rights

If you are a UK/EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. At checkout, we ask for immediate access to start your subscription right away.

If you cancel within the cooling-off period after service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where law permits. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Standard (Non-Statutory) Refund Rules

Outside statutory cancellation rights, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

To request a billing review, contact support@junagal.com within 14 days of the charge and include your Stripe invoice reference and account email.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and may take several business days.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
